Objective To observe the clinical effect of psychological nursing in the nursing of hemodialysis patients, and explore its impact on patient comfort. Methods 78 cases of hemodialysis patients admitted from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the observation objects. They were divided into the reference group and the test group (39 cases each) according to the random number table method. The reference group took routine nursing measures. On this premise, the test group was given psychological care. The bad mood, comfort and nursing satisfaction of the above two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results The SAS, SDS and GCQ scores before nursing in the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05); The SAS and SDS scores in the trial group after nursing were significantly lower than those before and after nursing in the reference group (P<0.05); The GCQ score of the experimental group after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group before and after nursing (P<0.05); Nursing satisfaction in the test group (94.87%) was higher than that in the reference group (79.49%), with significant difference(χ2=4.129,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of psychological care for hemodialysis patients can improve the comfort of patients, improve their bad emotions, and enhance nursing satisfaction, which has clinical promotion value.
