摘要
目的:探究分析理中汤加减治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果.方法:选择2021年5月--2022年2月我院诊治的慢性胃炎患者100例,随机分为对照组(常规西药治疗,n=50例)和研究组(常规西药治疗基础上加用理中汤加减治疗,n=50例),比较两组疗效、症状改善时间、治疗前后中医证候积分及不良反应现象.结果:研究组临床总体有效率为98.00％,较对照组的80.00％要高,P＜ 0.05;且研究组恶心、腹痛、便溏等症状改善时间分别为(3.58±1.13)、(4.21±1.36)、(2.78±1.02)d,均短于对照组治疗
Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of modified Lizhong decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods: A total of 100 patients with chronic gastritis who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2021 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (conventional western medicine treatment, n=50 cases) and a study group (conventional western medicine treatment plus physical therapy) Zhongtang modified and subtracted treatment, n=50 cases), the curative effect, symptom improvement time, TCM syndrome scores and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The overall clinical effective rate of the study group was 98.00％, which was higher than that of the control group, which was 80.00％, P＜0.05; ), (2.78±1.02) d, both shorter than the improvement time after treatment in the control group, P＜0.05; after treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes such as nausea and vomiting, poor appetite, epigastric pain and loose stools in the study group were ( 1.30±0.23), (1.51±0.26), (1.31±0.24), (1.33±0.27) points, which were all lower than the scores of each TCM symptom after treatment in the control group, P＜0.05; finally, in terms of adverse reactions, the two groups had no Significant difference (10.00％ vs 8.00％), P＞0.05. Conclusion: The clinical effect of modified Lizhong decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis and it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients without enhancing the adverse drug reactions of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
