Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Bailing capsule combined with levothyroxine sodium on patients with autoimmune thyroiditis. Methods: 52 patients with autoimmune thyroiditis were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the time of visit. 26 patients from January 2019 to June 2019 were in the control group, and 26 patients from July 2019 to December 2019 were in the observation group. They were treated with levothyroxine sodium and Bailing capsule combined with levothyroxine sodium, respectively. The therapeutic effects were compared. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.16％, TSH level was (10.56 ± 2.14), FT3 level was (8.53 ± 1.88), FT4 level was (10.64 ± 2.35), CD4+level was (46.84 ± 4.28), and CD8+level was (33.06 ± 2.88). All the indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Bailing capsule combined with levothyroxine sodium can effectively improve the level of thyroid hormone and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with autoimmune thyroiditis, which is worthy of clinical application.
