Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway intervention in hypertensive diabetes patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: 80 patients with coronary heart disease with hypertension and diabetes admitted to our hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were divided by random number table method, observation group and control group, with average n=40. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group on the basis of clinical nursing pathway intervention. The clinical indicators, emotional state and compliance of the two groups were compared. Results: The frequency of 2hPG, FPG, HbAlc, SBP, DBP and angina pectoris in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Before nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were compared (P>0.05), and the scores of the observation group and the control group were decreased compared with those before nursing, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The rates of rehabilitation exercise, medication on time, diet compliance and compliance of quitting smoking and drinking in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of clinical nursing path intervention for coronary heart disease patients with hypertension and diabetes can reduce blood sugar and blood pressure levels, reduce angina attacks, stabilize patients'' mood and improve compliance, which is worthy of promotion and application.
