目的:肿瘤内科晚期放化疗癌痛患者可接受多种护理模式,现对规范化癌痛护理模式的开展价值做分析.方法:在2021年3月至2022年3月时段我院收治了肿瘤内科晚期放化疗癌痛患者60例配合研究,依据双盲法分为对照组、观察组,各30例.对照组予以常规护理模式,观察组给予规范化癌痛护理模式.比对情绪评分、生活质量以及疼痛程度.结果:以情绪评分、生活质量作为对比指标,干预前两组数据无显著差异(P ＞ 0.05),干预后观察组情绪评分较对照组低、生活质量评分较对照组高(P ＜ 0.05);观察组疼痛程度相比于对照组较轻(
Abstract
Objective The patients with cancer pain in the late stage of radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the department of oncology can accept a variety of nursing modes, and the value of standardized cancer pain nursing mode is analyzed. Methods: From March 2021 to March 2022, 60 patients with cancer pain caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy in advanced medical oncology department were treated in our hospital. They were divided into control group and observation group according to double blind method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing mode, and the observation group was given standardized cancer pain nursing mode. Compare emotional scores, quality of life, and pain levels. Results: With emotional score and quality of life as the comparison index, there was no significant difference between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05). after intervention, the emotional score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05); The degree of pain in the observation group was less than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Standardized nursing intervention on cancer pain in patients with cancer pain caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy in advanced cancer medicine department can significantly relieve their bad emotions, improve their quality of life, and relieve their pain, which can be strongly recommended in clinical practice.
