Objective To explore the application of quality nursing service in neurology. Methods: from the data of patients admitted to the Department of Neurology in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021, a total of 70 patients were selected as samples of medical research subjects and divided into groups (routine group and high-quality group). 35 patients in each group were given corresponding nursing measures. Finally, we compared them to summarize the advantages of high-quality nursing. Results: after the implementation of Differential Nursing, the index scores of the two groups decreased significantly, and the scores of the high-quality group decreased more and faster, which proved that the psychological state of this group was better. The comparison results showed that P＜0.05. The hospitalization time and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. According to different disease types of patients in the group, results the hospitalization time of the high-quality group was shorter, and the satisfaction score of this group was higher (P＜0.05). (4) The quality group had better sleep quality and lower AIS score. Conclusion: the effect of high-quality nursing in neurology department is excellent and recognized by patients, which is worth popularizing.
