Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of budesonide (pumiclingshu) atomization inhalation on pulmonary function and blood gas analysis in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: Patients with acute attack of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into two groups: 80 patients in treatment group and 70 patients in control group. Both patients were treated with anti-infection, spasmodic treatment and smooth asthma. On the basis of conventional treatment, 80 patients received budesonide 2mg (1mg / 2m1) + normal saline2ml, driven by oxygen flow of 5 to 6 L/min, and the control group gave 40mg of hydroprednisone intravenously on the basis of conventional treatment. Pulmonary function, main arterial blood gas parameters and adverse effects were observed after 7d of treatment. Results: The two groups were all improved in lung function, arterial blood gas (P <0.05), but the treatment group was slightly better than the control group (P <0.05), and no adverse effects occurred during the treatment. Conclusion: Budesonide suspension is a safe and effective method for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with small adverse effects.
