目的:探究胃癌术后辅助化疗应用替吉奥与奥沙利铂联合方案取得的效果及对凋亡相关因子表达的影响.方法:选择2020年1月至2021年12月收治胃癌患者84例为研究对象,均接受手术治疗且术后辅助化疗.随机数字表法分成对照组和试验组各42例,分别给予替吉奥单药辅助化疗与替吉奥联合奥沙利铂辅助化疗.比较治疗效果、凋亡相关因子.结果:试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P ＜ 0.05).两组辅助化疗前凋亡相关因子B淋巴细胞瘤基因-2相关蛋白(Bax)、凋亡抑制基因(Bcl-2)、半胱氨酸蛋白酶-3(
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of tigiol and oxaliplatin in postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy and its effect on the expression of apoptosis-related factors. Methods: 84 gastric cancer patients were admitted from January 2020 to December 2021, and all patients received surgical treatment and postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy. The randomized number table was divided into 42 cases in the control group and the trial group, and received adjuvant tiegol adjuvant chemotherapy and oxaliplatin adjuvant chemotherapy. To compare treatment effects, apoptosis-related factors, tumor markers, and adverse effects. Results: The total response rate was significantly higher than the control group, and significant (P ＜0.05). Comparison of the expression levels of the pre-adjuvant chemotherapy apoptosis-related factor B lymphocytoma gene-2-related protein (Bax), Bcl-2), cysteine protease-3 (Caspase-3), and mitochondrial-proapoptotic protein (Smac) showed no significant difference (P＞ 0.05). After adjuvant chemotherapy, the expression levels of Bax, Caspase-3 and Smac increased, and Bcl-2 expression levels decreased, compared with before adjuvant chemotherapy (P ＜0.05). After adjuvant chemotherapy, the expression levels of Bax, Caspase-3, and Smac were higher than the control group, and the Bcl- 2 expression levels were lower than the control group, which showed a significant difference (P ＜0.05).. Conclusion: Tigio combined with oxaliplatin provides effective postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with gastric cancer.
