Objective To analyze the intervention effect of evidence-based nursing on early nursing of patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods: 50 patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the experimental group. The traditional nursing in the control group and the early evidence-based nursing in the experimental group were compared. Results: The adverse reaction of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the compliance was significantly higher than that of the control group, the nursing quality score and satisfaction score of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group, the symptom elimination time and hospitalization time were lower than those of the control group, the sleep quality score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the SAS scale, SDS scale and pain score were lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: It is difficult to treat patients with acute pancreatitis, and early evidence-based nursing intervention is effective, which deserves attention.
