Objective To analyze the specific effect of psychological nursing in relieving postoperative pain of patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery. Methods: 80 patients with hepatobiliary surgery from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected for the study. They were divided into two groups according to the order of admission, 40 patients/group. The control group received routine care. The observation group received high-quality psychological nursing intervention at the same time of routine care, and compared the differences in patients'' postoperative pain, negative emotional performance and nursing satisfaction. Results: The data of VAS scale in the observation group at 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours after operation were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); SAS and SDS scores showed that the observation group was superior to the control group (P<0.05); The survey results of nursing satisfaction showed that the satisfaction rates of the observation group and the control group were 100.00% and 75.00% respectively, with significant data difference, indicating that the study had statistical value (P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery, providing psychological nursing intervention can help them relieve anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, reduce postoperative pain, promote the improvement of clinical nursing quality, and improve patient satisfaction, which is worthy of application.
