Objective To observe the effect of high quality infection management on infectious disease prevention and hospital infection management of hospitalized patients. Methods: 108 hospitalized patients from January to December 2021 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The traditional intervention of the control group and the high-quality infection management of the experimental group were compared. Results: The incidence of infectious diseases in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the scores of vocational skills, theoretical knowledge and job satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, the scores of job burnout were lower than those in the control group, the scores of nursing satisfaction, compliance and quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the hospital stay was shorter than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The risk of infectious disease infection of hospitalized patients is high, especially in the relatively complex environment such as hospitals. High quality infection management for patients can significantly reduce the incidence of infectious diseases and improve the management effect of hospital infection, which deserves attention.
