Objective To explore the application of standardized nursing management in convalescent nursing.Methods: 50 clinical nurses and 40 convalescents in our hospital from September 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into two periods before and after the implementation of standardized nursing management. The nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of nurses before and after the implementation of standardized nursing management were evaluated and analyzed. Results: The nursing quality after the implementation of standardized nursing management was significantly higher than that before the implementation, with a significant difference (P＜0.05); Before the implementation of standardized nursing management, patients'' satisfaction with nursing staff was 80.00％. After standardized nursing management, patients'' satisfaction with nursing staff was 97.50％, an increase of 17.50％, with significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The standardized nursing management has a high value in the application of convalescent nursing, showing a better nursing effect, significantly improving the nursing ability of nursing staff, and is worth increasing in clinical promotion and application.
