摘要
目的:分析寒饮停肺型小儿哮喘患儿采用无烟艾灸联合平喘贴治疗的临床效果.方法:以2021年11月至2022年11月为研究时间区间,选取聊城市中医医院儿科门诊共计60例寒饮停肺型小儿哮喘患儿,通过随机数字表法分为两组,即30例对照组和30例和观察组.应用常规西药治疗于对照组内,于对照组治疗方案基础上实施无烟艾灸联合平喘贴治疗,以治疗效果、肺功能改善情况、不良反应发生情况作为观察指标.结果:①与对照组患儿进行比较分析,观察组患儿治疗总有效率显著较高,具备统计学意义(P < 0.05).②肺功能各项指标[最大呼气
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of non-smoking moxibustion combined with anti asthma plaster on children with asthma of cold drink stopping lung type.Methods: From November 2021 to November 2022, a total of 60 children with asthma of cold drink stopping lung type were selected from the pediatric clinic of Liaocheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.They were randomly divided into two groups, namely, 30 cases in the control group, 30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the observation group.The routine western medicine was used in the control group.On the basis of the treatment plan of the control group, smokeless moxibustion combined with anti asthma plaster was used to treat the patients.The therapeutic effect, improvement of pulmonary function and adverse reactions were used as the observation indicators.Results ① Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of children in the observation group was significantly higher, with statistical significance (P<0.05). ② The pulmonary function indexes [percentage of peak expiratory flow (PEF), forced vital capacity (FVC), and forced expiratory volume change in the first second (FEV1)] were compared before treatment (P>0.05).The levels of pulmonary function indexes in the control group and the observation group were higher after corresponding treatment, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). ③ The incidence of adverse reactions (digestive tract symptoms, urticaria, lethargy) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of smokeless moxibustion combined with antiasthmatic patch in treating children with asthma of cold drink stopping lung type can obtain outstanding effect, improve children''s lung function, and have higher safety, reduce adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
