Objective To observe the efficacy of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic esophageal hiatal hernia repair.METHODS: Forty-six patients with laparoscopic esophageal hiatal hernia repair admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were the subjects of this study, and the patients were divided into the control group (23 cases: with conventional care) and the experimental group (23 cases: with rapid rehabilitation surgical care) according to whether or not rapid rehabilitation surgical care was carried out, and the prognostic effects of the two groups were compared. RESULTS: The patients in the experimental group had better post-care psychological status and clinical indicators such as inflammatory factors related to the 24h postoperative period, perioperative surgical indicators, and complication rate (13.04%) than those in the control group, with significant differences in the data (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical care for patients undergoing laparoscopic esophageal hiatal hernia repair was significantly better than that of conventional care.
