Objective To study and analyze the clinical effectiveness of comprehensive nursing on postoperative pain in gynecological patients.METHODS: A total of 200 patients admitted to the gynecology department for surgical treatment from June 2021 to May 2022 were selected for the study.These patients were randomly grouped and treated with comprehensive nursing care and conventional nursing care during the treatment period, and the treatment care of the two groups was compared.RESULTS: Compared to the control group, the patients in the study group had significantly better postoperative pain scores at different times, post-care anxiety and depression scores, quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction indicators. The difference between the groups was significant (P<0.05).CONCLUSION: Implementing comprehensive nursing care for patients with gynecological diseases undergoing surgical treatment can effectively relieve patients'' postoperative pain level, avoid patients'' overly negative emotions, improve patients'' survival quality and ensure patients are more satisfied with nursing care.
