Objective To evaluate and analyze the clinical value of serum test index changes in patients with hyperthyroid liver disease.Methods: During the period of 2020.11-2021.11, 30 patients with hyperthyroid liver disease treated in our hospital were selected as the study group, and 30 patients with normal liver function treated in the same period were selected as the control group.The venous blood samples of the two groups were tested, and the serum test indexes, liver function test indexes and complication rate indexes of the patients were compared.Results: After intervention, the levels of serum test indexes of patients in the study group were higher than those of patients in the control group (P＜0.05); The liver function of patients in the study group was higher than that of patients in the control group (P＜0.05); The incidence of complications in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: In clinical treatment, changes in serum test indicators in patients with hyperthyroid liver disease will affect liver function indicators and induce multiple complications. Early diagnosis and treatment are needed to reduce liver injury as much as possible and improve the prognosis of patients.
