Objective To explore the clinical effect of all porcelain prosthesis in oral prosthesis.Methods: Patients with oral prosthesis from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected, and 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups with different prosthesis methods, namely the experimental control group with all-porcelain prosthesis and the conventional control group with conventional prosthesis.The final experimental effect was compared and analyzed.Results: After the corresponding experiments were carried out and the experimental data were analyzed and compared, it was effectively found that the experimental control group was better than the conventional control group in the data of bite force, success rate of repair, aesthetics, gingival index and their respective recognition of repair measures, and the statistical performance was P ＜ 0.05. Conclusions: In terms of the repair plan for patients with oral prosthesis, the use of all-porcelain prosthesis can significantly improve the corresponding repair effect of patients, and has considerable effects on improving the bite force, restoring the gingival function level and improving the aesthetic degree, and can also promote the healthy development of doctor-patient relationship, so it is worth referring to.
