Objective To study and analyze the application value of detail management in pharmacy drug management. Methods: Retrospective analysis was used to select 360 drugs distributed in the pharmacy of our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 as the observation group (implementation of detailed management), and 370 drugs distributed in the pharmacy of our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 as the control group (implementation of routine management).The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results: The correct rate of dispensing and review in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the drug withdrawal rate and review error rate were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The application of detail management mode in pharmacy drug management can improve the correct rate of dispensing and review, reduce the error rate of drug return and review, improve the hospital medical quality and pharmacy service quality, and reduce the disputes between doctors and patients.
