Abstract
Objective To study the effectiveness of single balloon and double balloon in inducing labor in term pregnancy of scar uterus.Methods: 188 full-term pregnant women with scar uterus who were treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.The time of inclusion (July 2021 to July 2022).The women were divided into general group and balloon group according to the random number table.94 women in each group.The general group of women were treated with single balloon to promote cervical ripening, and the balloon group with double balloons to promote cervical ripening.The efficacy of the two groups of women in promoting cervical ripening, the time of inducing effective uterine contraction Time of labor process, delivery situation and safety, complication rate and satisfaction.Results: The cervical maturity rate in balloon group was 97.87％, higher than 87.23％ in general group; The time of inducing effective uterine contraction was longer and shorter than that of the general group; The amount of postpartum hemorrhage, cesarean section rate and neonatal asphyxia rate were less than those in the general group; The complication rate was 6.38％, lower than 17.02％ in the general group; The satisfaction rate was 98.94％, higher than 86.17％ in the general group, P＜0.05.Conclusion: For patients with full-term pregnancy induced by scar uterus, double balloon is safer than single balloon, which can reduce the incidence of maternal complications, improve satisfaction, shorten the labor process, and induce effective uterine contraction for a longer time.The effect is obviously worth promoting.
