Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive pain reducing nursing on delivery mode and pain of primipara.Methods: 116 primipara admitted in our hospital from June 2021 to November 2022 within one year were selected.The primipara from June 2021 to November 2021 were set as the control group (58 cases, with conventional nursing), and the primipara from December 2021 to February 2022.5 were set as the experimental group (58 cases, with comprehensive pain relief nursing intervention).The delivery mode and delivery pain of the two groups were collected and analyzed.Results: The vaginal delivery rate and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The amount of bleeding, delivery time and pain in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, with significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The comprehensive pain reducing nursing can significantly reduce the pain of primipara during delivery, reduce the amount of bleeding, shorten the delivery time, improve the vaginal delivery rate and nursing satisfaction, and has high application value.
