Objective To study the detection rate and detection value of blood lipid test for hyperlipidemia in diabetic patients. Methods From January 2022 to August 2022, 112 obese diabetic patients who came to our hospital to carry out blood lipid test were investigated, and the number and diagnostic value of hyperlipidemia detected by blood lipid test were analyzed. Results ① 74 cases of hyperlipidemia were detected in 112 patients, and the detection rate of hyperlipidemia was 66. ② The levels of TC, TG, ApoB and LDL-C in the hyperlipidemia group were significantly higher than those in the nonhyperlipidemia group, and the levels of ApoA1 and HDL-C were significantly lower than those in the non-hyperlipemia group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Diabetic patients are prone to blood lipid fluctuation, and the blood lipid fluctuation in obese diabetic patients is more serious. For obese diabetic patients, blood lipid testing should be carried out as soon as possible, which can timely detect whether there is hyperlipidemia in patients, and help to maintain the health of patients.
