Objective To analyze the effect of implementing continuous quality improvement in the disinfection supply center.Methods Before January 2022, the routine management mode was implemented in the disinfection supply center. Twenty staff members in the disinfection supply center were selected as the control group.From January 2022 to August 2022, continuous quality improvement was implemented in the disinfection supply center.Twenty staff members in the disinfection supply center were selected as the observation group.The satisfaction of the staff members in the two groups and the quality of nursing management in the disinfection supply room were compared.Results Compared with the control group, the scores of packaging quality, cleaning and disinfection quality, environmental management and surgical instrument management in the observation group increased significantly (P＜0.05).The staff satisfaction with management in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of applying continuous quality improvement in the disinfection supply center is outstanding, which can improve the management quality of the disinfection supply center.The staff are highly satisfied with the management, and it is recommended to promote the clinical application.
