Objective To explore the application value of routine nursing combined with diversity nursing in the nursing of diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods: 64 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 32 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received diversified nursing.The clinical indicators, quality of life scores and total satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results: The indexes of creatine enzyme, creatine enzyme isoenzyme, troponin, fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The scores of mental factors, social factors, psychological factors and physical factors of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and there was a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 93.75％, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (68.75％), and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion: The application of routine nursing combined with diversity nursing in the nursing of diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease.
