Objective To explore the application value of microbial testing in nosocomial infection control.Methods: During the period from January 2021 to June 2022, 100 patients with nosocomial infection admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random table method, with 50 patients in each group., the control group adopts the conventional infection control method, while the observation group adopts the microbiological test to control the infection method on the basis of the control group.Then the effect of nosocomial infection control in the two groups was evaluated.Results: By comparing the degree of virus control between the two groups during hospitalization, the observation group was higher than the control group in the infection control effect, the number of infected people and the satisfaction index after treatment between the groups, and the difference between the groups was large and statistically significant.P＜0.05.Conclusion: By adopting microbial testing technology for nosocomial infection control, the efficiency of nosocomial infection control can be effectively improved, the number of infected people in hospitals can be reduced, and the satisfaction of patients with medical treatment can be improved, which is suitable for in-depth clinical research and reference.
