Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing method on self-satisfaction, quality of life and compliance of hypertensive patients.Methods: A total of 108 hypertensive patients were enrolled and admitted to our hospital for treatment from March 2020 to March 2022.The patients were divided into two groups by random mathematical table method, the reference group (n=54), the routine nursing method was implemented, and the observation Group (n=54), implemented comprehensive nursing methods, after nursing, compared the satisfaction, quality of life and compliance of the two groups of patients.Results: After nursing, compared with the reference group, the compliance of the observation group was significantly higher, P＜0.05; The scores of quality of life were higher than those of the reference group, P＜0.05; the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group, P＜0.05. Conclusion: Implementing comprehensive nursing method for hypertensive patients can effectively enhance their medication compliance and improve their quality of life, which is highly satisfied by the patients and is worthy of promotion.
