Objective To investigate the effect of whole-course nursing on psychological state and nursing compliance of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with hemoptysis.Methods: A total of 66 patients treated in our hospital with tuberculosis combined with hemoptysis from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as this study.According to the numerical random table method, they were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group, each with 33 cases.The former was given routine nursing, the latter was given full nursing, and the nursing effect, mental state before and after nursing, nursing compliance and complications of the two groups were compared.Results: The amount of hemoptysis, stopping time of hemoptysis and rate of hemoptysis again in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group (P＜0.05).After nursing, the mental state of the two groups was significantly better than that before nursing, and the experimental group was better than the conventional group (P＜0.05).After nursing, the nursing compliance of the two groups was significantly higher than that before nursing, and the experimental group was higher than the conventional group (P＜0.05).The complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of conventional group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The whole course nursing for the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with hemoptysis has remarkable effect, which can improve the psychological state of the patients, improve the nursing compliance, and promote the early recovery.
