Objective To explore the cognitive behavioral nursing intervention mode to optimize the effect of hemodialysis in chronic renal failure and optimize the mood and quality of life. Methods: A total of 86 patients with chronic renal failure who were hospitalized in our hospital from April 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given cognitive-behavioral nursing methods. The treatment compliance, SDS (Self-rating Depression Scale), SAS (Self-rating Anxiety Scale), SF-36 score and kidney function. Results: The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); the scores of treatment compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); the overall quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The control group (P<0.05); the renal function levels of UA, Scr and BUN in the two groups were decreased after nursing, and the overall levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Cognitive behavioral nursing intervention for patients with chronic renal failure can effectively improve their quality of life and renal function, and at the same time can further improve the compliance of patients with hemodialysis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
