Objective To evaluate the application effect and satisfaction of holistic nursing care after thoracolumbar fracture surgery.Methods: 100 patients with spinal fractures were randomly divided into 50 cases/group by digital table method.On the basis of posterior pedicle screw fixation, the control group received routine nursing and the observation group received holistic nursing.The time index, postoperative complications, scores and satisfaction were compared.Results: The postoperative anal exhaust time, bed rest time and hospitalization time of the observation group were all shorter, and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group.In addition, the three-month postoperative pain score of the observation group was lower, and the spinal function score, daily living ability score and total nursing satisfaction were higher (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Holistic nursing for patients with thoracolumbar fractures can promote the recovery of physical function, reduce complications and improve satisfaction.
