Objective To explore the application effect of overall nursing in operating room in the removal of intracranial hematoma in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods: The patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage who underwent intracranial hematoma evacuation were selected as the research subjects.The number of cases was 60.The starting time of case selection was from February 2021 to February 2022, and the routine nurses were set as the control group., the overall nurses in the operating room were used as the observation group, and the clinical nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results: Statistical comparison of NIHSS scores and quality of life scores between the two groups before nursing and the control group P＞0.05, and the statistical comparison of NIHSS scores and quality of life scores between the two groups after nursing and the control group P＜0.05.Conclusion: In patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage undergoing intracranial hematoma evacuation, the overall nursing in the operating room can improve the neurological function of the patients and improve the quality of life of the patients.
