Objective To explore the value of individualized continuation nursing for elderly patients with hypertension. Methods: the research object from our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 accepted 100 elderly patients with hypertension, using randomization grouping method is divided into two groups, receive routine care patients are defined as reference group, based on the application of routine nursing individualized continuation care patients defined as test group, both groups are included in 50 cases, comparing the two groups of patients with blood pressure level, quality of life and treatment compliance.Results: SBP and DBP in the test group at 3 and 6 months after care were lower than the reference group, the quality of life scores were higher than the reference group, and the treatment compliance rate (98.00%) was significantly better than that of the reference group (82.00%), P <0.05.Conclusion: The nursing of elderly patients with hypertension can improve treatment compliance, control blood pressure and improve quality of life.
