目的:研究120急救护理中常见心理问题及护理方法.方法:采取计算机随机分组法将本院120急救中心于2021年1月至2022年10月收治的200例患者分为100例/组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组加强心理护理.对比心理状态评分、护理风险发生率、主动配合就医率和急救有效率以及护理满意度.结果:护理后,观察组患者心理状态各因子评分和护理风险发生率均低于对照组,主动配合就医率、急救有效率、护理总满意度均高于对照组(P ＜ 0.05).结论:120例急救护理中常见心理问题是紧张、担心、害怕甚至有濒死感,加强心理护理可
Abstract
Objective To study the common psychological problems and nursing methods in 120 emergency nursing. Methods: 200 patients admitted to 120 Emergency Center of our hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into 100 cases/group by computer.The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group strengthened psychological nursing.The mental state score, the incidence of nursing risk, the rate of active cooperation in medical treatment, the effective rate of first aid and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results: After nursing, the scores of psychological factors and the incidence of nursing risk in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the rate of active cooperation, the effective rate of first aid and the total satisfaction of nursing were higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion: The common psychological problems in 120 cases of emergency nursing are nervousness, worry, fear and even dying.Strengthening psychological nursing can actively and effectively adjust the patients'' bad psychological state, optimize the treatment outcome and improve their satisfaction.
