摘要

目的:探讨椎弓根螺钉系统对脊椎侧弯患儿运动功能及生长状态的影响.方法:选取2020年2月-2021年2月就诊的脊柱侧弯患儿70例,用数字表法分组.对照组(35例):行开放手术治疗.研究组(35例):行椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗.对比身高、体重、胸围、坐位前屈、Cobb角、骨融合率、运动功能优良率.结果:治疗后,研究组身高、体重、胸围、坐位前屈、运动功能优良率,均高于对照组(P < 0.05);Cobb角低于对照组(P < 0.05);两组术后6个月骨融合率接近(P > 0.05).结论:将椎弓根螺钉内固定术,用

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of pedicle screw system on motor function and growth of scoliosis children. Methods 70 children with scoliosis from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by digital table method.The control group (35 cases) was treated with open operation.The study group (35 cases) was treated with pedicle screw fixation.Height, weight, chest circumference, sitting flexion, Cobb angle, bone fusion rate and excellent and good rate of motor function were compared.Results After treatment, the excellent and good rates of height, weight, chest circumference, sitting flexion and motor function in the study group were higher than those in the control group, while the Cobb angle in the study group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion The pedicle screw fixation, used in children with scoliosis, in motor function improvement, promoted Its growth and development have a positive impact on its prognosis, and this surgical method is worth popularizing.
