Objective To explore the effect of pharmaceutical intervention in hospital pharmacy and its influence on blood glucose level in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods: 136 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into control group and observation group with 68 cases in each group by random number table method.Control group: received routine intervention, observation group: received pharmaceutical intervention measures in hospital pharmacy.Results: After intervention, the treatment compliance of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group.The blood glucose level of the observation group was better than that of the control group.The quality of life in the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in control group was significantly decreased (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions: Pharmaceutical intervention measures in hospital pharmacy for patients with type 2 diabetes can not only improve the treatment compliance of patients, but also reduce the frequency of adverse reactions, improve the blood sugar level of patients and improve the quality of life of patients, which provides a strong basis for future treatment and is worth promoting.
