Objective To This paper mainly studies the influence of nursing intervention on the health management effect and compliance of community menopausal women.Methods: 84 climacteric women in this community were selected as the subjects of this study.The time range of inclusion was from April 30, 2021 to April 30, 2022.These women were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, namely, the control group and the nursing group.Each group had 42 patients.The control group implemented regular collective nursing intervention, collectively distributed health knowledge brochures, basic nursing content, etc.The nursing group took targeted nursing intervention, One to one telephone communication and follow-up were conducted, and health publicity materials were distributed on time.Finally, the mastery of their own health, nursing compliance rate and psychological status of the two groups of women were compared.Results: The self - health mastery of nursing group was much higher than that of control group; The rate of nursing compliance was 95.24%, higher than 47.62% in the control group; The SAS and SDS scores of the nursing group after intervention were (40.48 ± 6.77) and (43.28 ± 6.89) respectively, which were lower than those of the control group (50.59 ± 8.10) and (53.30 ± 8.68) (P<0.05).Conclusion: Nursing intervention can improve the self health mastery of community menopausal women, enhance the rate of nursing compliance, and improve their psychological state.The effect is significant, and it is worthy of long-term promotion and application.
