Objective To explore the application value of hyperthermia for deep tissue tumor in oncology department. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with deep tissue tumors who visited our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were included in the reference group (radiotherapy) and the observation group (radiotherapy+high-energy focused ultrasound thermal energy therapy) according to the different treatment plans. The levels of alpha fetoprotein (AFP), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), CD3+, CD4+, and CD8+were compared between the two groups before and after treatment; The clinical efficacy and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, compared with the reference group, the levels of AFP, CEA, CA125 and CD8+in the observation group were lower, while the levels of CD3+and CD4+were higher; Compared with the reference group, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher and the complication rate was lower than that of the reference group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Radiotherapy combined with high intensity focused ultrasound thermal energy is effective in the treatment of deep tissue tumors, which can control tumor development, improve patients'' immune function and prevent complications
