Objective To observe the application effect of humanized care in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods: Eighty-six patients with chronic renal failure (2021.1-2022.2) were randomly grouped, with 43 cases in each group. The control and observation groups implemented routine care and humanized care, respectively. Results:The observation group with bad psychoemotional score, comfort score, and complication rate were lower than the control group, and the renal function index observation group was higher than the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of humanized nursing method for patients with chronic kidney failure relieves the patients'' bad psychological mood, significantly enhances their physical comfort, helps to prevent more complications and significantly improve their renal function.
