Objective To explore the effect of meticulous nursing combined with psychological nursing in maternal and newborn care. Methods: 70 pregnant women who were delivered vaginally in our hospital from February 2022 to December 2021.2 were divided into two groups according to the difference of intervention modes. The control group received routine nursing, the experimental group received meticulous nursing combined with psychological nursing, 35 cases/group. The complications of pregnant women and neonates in the two groups were compared. The psychological status of pregnant women was evaluated by the Psychological Status Scale (MSSNS) and the Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale (EPDS) The quality of life was evaluated with SF-36 scale. Results: The complications of parturients and neonates in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group; The scores of MSSNS, EPDS and SF-36 in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The adoption of meticulous nursing combined with psychological nursing for parturients and neonates has improved the nursing effect, reduced the complications of mothers and infants, and improved the mental state and living standard of parturients, which is worthy of reference and adoption.
