Objective To analyze how to do a good job of clinical medical test accuracy to improve the level of testing countermeasures. Methods: 180 cases of patients admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to May 2021 were selected as study subjects, divided into two groups for retrospective analysis of patients'' test data, and analyzed the factors and countermeasures affecting clinical medical test results. Results: The test accuracy rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P ＜0.05. The incidence of adverse events in the two groups was different, P＜ 0.05 statistically significant. The test data of PLT, RBC, and WBC were different after 96 h of placement compared with the immediate test results, P ＜ 0.05 statistically significant. 120 h of HGB placement was not statistically significant compared with the immediate test results. Conclusion: There are many factors that affect the accuracy of test results in clinical medicine testing. Hospitals should take effective measures to improve the accuracy of clinical medicine testing by standardizing the testing workflow and strengthening the training of testing personnel, so as to lay a good foundation for the development of diagnosis and treatment work.
