摘要

目的:探究妇产科临床治疗中应用米非司酮的临床效果.方法:选取我院妇产科在2020年1月至2022年1月收治的120例患者,随机分为观察组(米非司酮治疗)和对照组(常规治疗)各60人.结果:观察组治疗总有效率高、不良反应低(P ＜ 0.05);治疗后,观察组临床症状、炎性反应、生活质量改善更明显(P ＜ 0.05).结论:妇产科临床治疗中应用米非司酮的临床效果十分显著.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of applying mifepristone in the clinical treatment of obstetrics and gynecology. METHODS: One hundred and twenty patients admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into 60 each in the observation group (mifepristone treatment) and the control group (conventional treatment). RESULTS: The observation group had a high total treatment efficiency and low adverse effects (P＜0.05); after treatment, clinical symptoms, inflammatory response, and quality of life improved more significantly in the observation group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of applying mifepristone in the clinical treatment of obstetrics and gynecology is very significant.
