Objective To observe the effect of Chinese pharmaceutical intervention on the rational use of quinolones antibiotics in clinical practice. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 90 enrolled patients, all of whom were treated with quinolone antibiotics in our hospital. The inclusion period was January 2021 and December 2021. According to different collection stages, 45 cases collected at the stage without pharmaceutical intervention were included in group A, and 45 cases collected after pharmaceutical intervention were included in group B. Drug effects and patient evaluation were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with group A, group B has shorter medication time, lower irrational drug use rate, lower rate of adverse drug reactions caused by drugs, and higher satisfaction with the use of antibacterial drugs. There are statistical differences among the groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical use of quinolones, pharmaceutical intervention can improve the rationality of drug use, shorten the time of drug use, improve the safety of drug use, avoid drug resistance, and improve the public''s satisfaction with clinical drug service, which has high clinical application value and is worth popularizing.
