目的:急诊预检分诊护理流程在急腹症患者诊治中的应用价值及护理满意度分析.方法:选择2021年05月-2022年05月我院收治的100例急腹症患者,随机分为观察组、对照组,分别给予急诊预检分诊护理流程、常规分诊流程分诊.结果:观察组分诊评估时间(2.49±0.24)min、抢救时间(35.23±4.21)min、急诊室停留时间(8.38±1.04)min、静脉通道建立时间(4.15±1.17)min、手术准备时间(10.44±3.98)min均短于对照组(6.58±1.36)min、(57.16±5.28)
Abstract
Objective The application value and nursing satisfaction in the diagnosis and treatment of acute abdominal patients. Methods: The 100 patients with acute abdomen admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 will be randomly divided into observation group and control group for emergency pre-examination triage process and routine triage process respectively. Results: Observation group triage evaluation time (2.49 ± 0.24) min, rescue time (35.23 ± 4.21) min, emergency room stay time (8.38 ± 1.04) min, venous channel establishment time (4.15 ± 1.17) min, surgical preparation time (10.44 ± 3.98) min were shorter than controls (6.58 ± 1.36) min, (57.17 ± 5.28) min, (17.77 ± 2.05) min, (10.43 ± 1.34) min, (20.70 ± 4.12) min, The incidence of unexpected events was lower than that in the control group, The treatment success rate, triage accuracy, and nursing satisfaction were all higher than that of the control group (P ＜0.05). The anxiety, depression and pain scores between the two groups (P＞ 0.05); the observation group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The application of emergency pre-examination and triage nursing process can achieve remarkable results in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute abdomen.
