Objective To analyze the clinical effects of standardized operating room nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy. Methods: Taking March 2021 to June 2022 as the study time interval, 80 patients who underwent laparoscopic hepatectomy were selected and divided into two groups based on random number table method. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and standardized operating room nursing was applied to the observation group. The operation indexes, nursing satisfaction and postoperative complications were compared between the control group and the observation group. Results ① Compared with the control group, all surgical indexes (intraoperative blood loss, operative time, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative activity time and hospital stay) in the observation group were significantly lower, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). ② Compared with control group, nursing satisfaction in observation group was significantly higher, with statistical value (P < 0.05). ③ The incidence of postoperative complications (hypoproteinemia induced ascites, hypercapnia, deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities) in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions: The application of standardized operating room nursing in patients with laparoscopic liver lobectomy has outstanding clinical effects, less intraoperative blood loss and shorter hospital stay, which is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients, and has been satisfactory and recognized by patients, with high safety, suggesting clinical promotion and application.
