Objective To learn the effect of Traditional Chinese medicine prescription of Yishen Huoxue recipe combined with Heidihuang on patients with coronary heart disease and renal insufficiency. Methods Patients with emergency coronary stenting were randomly divided into research group and control group by method of Random Number Table.The control group received conventional drug treatment.The treatment group were given Traditional Chinese medicine prescription of Yishen Huoxue recipe combined with Heidihuang in addition to the conventional drug treatment. The Cardiac function, renal function and Oxidative stress related factors were measured in serum at the time of before and after treatment. Results The research group increased more significantly after treatment (P ＜0.05). Traditional Chinese medicine prescription of Yishen Huoxue recipe combined with Heidihuang can Improvement more effectively of patients with coronary heart disease and renal insufficiency.
