目的:分析合理用药管理对于药学服务质量的影响.方法:将院内门诊收治的120例用药治疗患者纳入小组,入组后为患者进行抽签法分配为观察组、一般组,观察组采用合理用药管理,一般组为患者进行常规用药管理,对比两组药学服务质量评分(病历书写、安全用药、实践操作、健康宣教)、服务满意度、处方不合理发生率(规格书写错误、药物剂型书写错误、处方用纸不规范、适应证不符)、用药不合理发生率(应用剂量错误、给药方式错误、重复用药).结果:观察组病历书写、安全用药、实践操作、健康宣教等药学服务质量评分与一般组对比明显较高,有统计
Abstract
Objective To analyze the influence of rational drug use management on pharmaceutical care quality. Methods: 120 patients treated with drugs in the outpatient department of the hospital were included in the group. After entering the group, the patients were divided into the observation group and the general group by drawing lots. The observation group adopted rational drug administration, and the general group conducted routine drug administration for patients.
