摘要
目的:分析在继发性癫痫患者中实施品管圈对视频脑电图监测质量与护理满意度的作用.方法:选择2019年1月至2021年7月期间我院收治的继发性癫痫患者80例作为研究样本,通过双盲法分入实验组与参照组当中,各40例,参照组患者接受常规护理,实验组患者接受品管圈护理,比较两组患者的护理质量(解决问题能力、团队协作能力、积极性、责任心)、监测结果(成功、缺陷、失败)、监测伪差发生率(心电、体动、静电、基线不稳)、护理满意度.结果:实验组患者的护理质量、监测成功率、护理满意度均比参照组明显较高(P<0.05);
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of quality control circle on video EEG monitoring quality and nursing satisfaction in patients with secondary epilepsy. Methods: 80 patients with secondary epilepsy admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to July 2021 were selected as study samples, and were divided into the experimental group and the reference group by double blind method, with 40 patients in each group. The patients in the reference group received routine care, and the patients in the experimental group received quality management circle care. The nursing quality (problem-solving ability, teamwork ability, enthusiasm, sense of responsibility), monitoring results (success, defect, failure) Monitor the incidence of false errors (ECG, body movement, static electricity, baseline instability) and nursing satisfaction. Results: The nursing quality, monitoring success rate and nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜ 0.05); The incidence of monitoring artifacts in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group (P＜ 0.05). Conclusion: The application of quality control circle in the clinical nursing of patients with secondary epilepsy can improve the quality of patients'' video EEG monitoring, and can also improve their nursing satisfaction, which is worth promoting.
