Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the quality of life and neurological function of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: 54 patients with cerebral infarction were selected. Start and end time: 2020.06 and 2022.07. Group division: lottery method. Reference group: 27 cases, routine nursing. Test group: 27 cases, early rehabilitation nursing. Test the application effect of each group. Results: Compared with the reference group, after nursing, the neurological function index of the test group was lower, and the quality of life score was higher, with differences between groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The application of early rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the neurological function and quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction.
