Objective To study the value of application tube coil activities in the nursing management of outpatient infusion room. Methods: In June 2021-26,2022, it was divided into control group and observation group according to 1:1 ratio, 40 samples, the former received routine care, the latter received quality tube circle activity care, observed the application effect, compare the difference in the quality of care and infusion compliance between groups. Results: The quality of care under the protocol was evaluated in terms of service ability, nursing awareness, puncture technique, infusion quality, etc. The difference was higher in the control group (P ＜0.05); the observation group was 97.50％ (39 / 40) and 75.00％ (30 / 40), with the difference (P ＜0.05). Conclusion: The effect of developing quality tube circle activities in the nursing management of outpatient infusion room is remarkable, which can not only improve patients'' infusion compliance, but also have high nursing quality. It is suggested to promote clinical application.
