目的:探究妊娠中期孕妇血清25-羟Vit D[25(OH)D]水平与甲状腺指标的关系.方法:选取2022年3月至2022年6月在湖北航天医院进行产前检查的妊娠中期孕妇30例,测定血清25(OH)D、血清游离甲状腺素(FT4)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TgAb)的水平.分析孕妇血清25(OH)D与甲状腺功能指标间的相关性及其影响.结果:30例孕妇血清25(OH)D水平为(14.73±4.42) ng/ml(9.31~25.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum 25-hydroxyVit D and thyroid indexes in pregnant women in the second trimester of pregnancy. Methods: the 25(OH)D, FT4, FT3, TSH, TPOAb and TgAb were determined in 30 pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination in Hubei Aerospace Hospital from March 2022 to June 2022. The correlation between serum 25(OH)D and thyroid function indicators in pregnant women and its effects were analyzed. Results: The serum level of 25(OH)D in 30 pregnant women was (14.73±4.42) ng/ml (9.31~25.3ng/ml), and the Vit D deficiency rate was 30%. The FT3 levels in the Vit D deficiency group were significantly increased (P<0.05). There were no differences in serum FT4, TSH, TPOAb and TgAb levels in pregnant women with different Vit D levels (P>0.05). There was no difference in the proportion of normal and abnormal thyroid function in pregnant women with different Vit D levels (all P>0.05); Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that FT3, FT4, TSH, TPOAb and TgAb levels were not correlated with Vit D levels in pregnant women (all P>0.05). Conclusion: Vit D deficiency existed in pregnant women in the second trimester of pregnancy, and the FT3 level in the Vit D deficiency group was significantly increased (P<0.05). Maternal serum 25(OH)D was not significantly correlated with thyroid indexes.
