Objective To evaluate the value of comprehensive nursing in the nursing of tibia and fibula fractures. Methods: Patients with tibiofibular fracture were included. Selected time: 2021.03-2022.07. Using the method of random number table, 66 patients were divided into the reference group and the test group on average. Routine nursing and comprehensive nursing were carried out respectively. Explore the nursing results of each group. Results: The satisfaction, pain and swelling, sleep quality, self-efficacy and coping style, quality of life in the test group were better than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The application of comprehensive nursing can reduce the pain and swelling of patients with tibia and fibula fracture, improve their self-efficacy, and improve their quality of life.
