Objective To explore the preventive value of holistic nursing intervention on stress injury (PIs) in coma patients after traumatic brain injury. Methods: 60 coma patients after TBI were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in each group performed routine nursing, and the observation group performed holistic nursing intervention to compare the nursing outcomes of the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group(P <0.05), Glasgow had higher score (P <0.05), and shorter ICU stay, hospitalization and wound healing time (P <0.05). Conclusion: Overall nursing care can effectively reduce the PIs and complications rate, and shorten the postoperative recovery time.
